The content of the meeting is organised in two different categories.
Roundtables on key issues are debates prepared before the conference and bring together many projects. They serve to set the frame and tone for the rest of the programme. We are working with particular participating projects on fleshing out the roundtables.
Workshops ideas are proposed by participants before or during the conference and listed here for your convenience. In the first morning, we will have a moment where people can explain their workshop ideas and if there is enough interest from the audience than the workshop will happen. We will provide an empty timetable (on a big paper) which workshop organisers can fill out.
There is no schedule yet with dates and time and rooms, or even empty slots. These will not be set before the beginning of the meeting.
